However, that’s nothing compared to the $1 billion it raked in from worldwide sales. That’s right. Toy Story 3 became the first animated film to break the billion barrier. It was also the highest-grossing film of 2010, earned nominations for five Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Sound Editing, and won Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song.
